Nuts ANSI B18.2.2 for general applications: machine screw nuts, hexagonal, square, hexagonal flanges, and coupling nuts (Inch series).
Stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel are available to withstand more wear. Since these nuts are galvanized, they are very durable and can be easily used in heavy-duty applications as long as the axial pressure on the body is low. They are also corrosion-resistant. These nuts are mainly used to fasten soft materials and will break if thicker fasteners are used.

Square Nuts Dimensions
A square nut is manufactured in accordance with ANSI B18.2.2 specification, and Class 2B series coarse thread national standard thread after centrifugal hot-dip galvanizing.
Square nut is only a four-sided nut, but compared with the standard hexagonal nut, the square nut has a larger surface area in contact with the clamped part, so it has a greater resistance to loosening.
Hex Flange Nuts and Large Hex Flange Nuts Dimensions
Large flange hex nuts use Spiralock’s patented wedge-shaped inclined internal thread and unique self-locking thread technology, which adds a locking function to the threaded hole.
This function prevents vibration from loosening while allowing standard external threaded parts to rotate freely during assembly.
Heavy Hex Nuts and Heavy Hex Jam Nuts Dimensions
Heavy hexagon nuts and heavy hexagon jam nuts are manufactured in accordance with hexagon nut specifications, such as A563 and A194.
Hex jam nuts are thinner than standard heavy hex nuts but have the same dimensions on the plane and corners. Heavy hex jam nuts are sometimes used for leveling purposes.

Hex Coupling Nuts are used to connect two pieces of threaded material. The heavy-duty hex and hex connectors are right-handed threads.
